Which app do I install?
SensyConnect runs on the Call Dialer app on Google Play. Tap the button on this page or search "Call Dialer"; sign in with your number and your 3-day trial starts.
Is it available for iPhone?
Not yet. iOS does not allow third-party apps to be the default dialer or place calls automatically, which is the core of the product. Callers use Android; the owner dashboard works in any browser, including on a Mac or iPad.
What Android version do I need?
Android 8.0 or newer. Most phones sold in the last several years qualify.
Do I need to give it permissions?
It asks to be the default dialer and for call, call-log and notification permissions, each with the reason shown, at the moment it needs them. Decline any and the app stays usable; that feature stays off.
Will it change my normal calling?
No. Keypad, contacts and recents work as usual. It just knows your leads and captures the outcome after each call.
How do I add my team?
On the web dashboard: create employees, set permissions and rotations. Each employee installs the app and signs in; their queue is waiting.
How do I bring my existing leads?
Import an Excel/CSV or paste numbers once, or connect a Google Sheet so new rows keep flowing in and get assigned automatically.
Is my data backed up?
Everything syncs to your company account. A new phone gets it all back on sign-in.

Can I try it on my own leads?
That is the point of the trial: import a list or connect a sheet and run tomorrow's calls through it.
Can I use it on two phones with one login?
One user is one phone at a time. Sign in on a new phone and it takes over with all data; add users on the dashboard for more phones.
Does it work on tablets?
On Android tablets with a SIM, yes; on Wi-Fi-only tablets the CRM works but calling does not, since there is no SIM.
