Who we are
SensyConnect is operated by Sensy Talk, C-341, Rupnagar, Jaipur 302015, Rajasthan, India. The Android app is published on Google Play as Call Dialer. Questions about your data: sensytalk@gmail.com.
Data in the app
The app is a business tool: it works with the call logs, contacts and customer records (leads, remarks, reminders, WhatsApp chats, sales) that the business using it creates. That data belongs to that business. It is stored on the device and, once the user signs in, synced to the business's own account so it can be restored on a new phone and seen by the account owner on the web dashboard.
Permissions
Calling, call log and contacts permissions exist so the app can place and log calls and show who is calling. Notification permission is for reminders and new-lead alerts. Each permission is requested at the moment it is needed, with the reason shown, and the app remains usable if a permission is declined; the related feature simply stays off. The app never sells or shares this data with advertisers.
Lead sources and WhatsApp
When a business connects a Google Sheet, an API or a WhatsApp Business API provider, the app reads only what that business configured, on that business's behalf. Messages are sent through the provider the business chose, under that provider's terms.
This website
This site is static. It sets no advertising cookies and has no contact form; buttons open WhatsApp, the phone dialer or your email app. Standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) are kept for security and deleted on rotation.
Deletion
A business owner can delete leads, contacts and records from the app or the web dashboard at any time, and can ask for full account deletion by writing to sensytalk@gmail.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
Frequently asked
Who owns the data in the app?
The business using it. Leads, remarks, reminders, chats and sales belong to your company account, not to Sensy Talk.
Do you sell or share customer data?
No. Data is processed only to run the service and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Why does the app need call and contact permissions?
To place and log calls, show caller context, and log incoming calls on the right lead. Each permission is requested at the moment it is needed, with the reason shown, and can be declined.
Where is data stored?
On the phone and in your company account on the server, so a new phone can restore it and the owner can see the dashboard.
Can employees see each other's data?
Only if the owner grants it. Permissions are per employee; callers see their own leads by default.
What happens to data when an employee leaves?
Deactivate the user; their phone loses access on the next sync and their data stays in the company account for reassignment.
How do I delete my account and data?
Write to sensytalk@gmail.com from the owner's email; deletion is completed within 30 days.
Do you record calls?
No. Android restricts third-party call recording; the app logs the call, duration and your own notes.
Does this website track me?
The site is static and sets no advertising cookies; buttons open WhatsApp, the dialer or your email app. Standard server logs are kept briefly for security.
What about WhatsApp and lead-source data?
The app reads only the sheets, APIs and WhatsApp provider you configured, on your behalf, and sends messages only through the provider you chose.
