The assigned-leads queue: how a manager hands out work and a caller works it, without a spreadsheet
Assignment on the web, a queue on the phone, an auto dialer that runs it, and outcomes that report back. How assigned leads work end to end, including transfers, call-due dates and completed-vs-pending views.

“Here is your list for today” used to mean a printout or a WhatsApp forward. It meant duplicates, lost sheets, and no way to know at 3 pm who had actually started. The assigned-leads queue replaces the printout with a live list on the caller’s phone that reports back by itself.
Three ways to assign
- By hand on the web: pick leads, pick a person.
- By import: upload a sheet for a campaign, assign the whole batch, and the import name travels with each lead so the caller knows the context.
- Automatically: round robin per lead source, the moment a lead arrives.
What the caller sees
A queue: newest assigned first, with the lead’s product, the import name, and any call-due date. Chips for New lead and Completed. Filters for product, import batch and due date. And an Auto-dial button that calls exactly what is on screen.
Every card shows what the app already knows about the person: status, last remark, last contact, so the caller does not open cold.
The call completes the assignment
This is the part that removes the reporting. Whether the caller taps the phone icon on the queue, lets the auto dialer place the call, or calls from a global search result, the outgoing call marks the assignment as worked and sends the outcome (picked / not picked / status and remark) to the server. Nothing to tick.
Call-due dates, when you use them
Some teams schedule: “these 40 on Monday, these 30 on Tuesday”. Set a call-due date per lead and the caller filters Due today, Overdue, Next 7 days, No due date, each with a count. Teams that do not use dates never see the filter get in the way; the default is All.
Transfers with history
Reassign a lead and the new owner gets the full history: previous calls, remarks, reminders, WhatsApp. The transfer itself is logged, so nobody wonders why the lead moved.
What the manager sees
Per person: assigned, called, picked, outcome, minutes from assigned to first call. Per import: how the campaign is going. Per product: what is moving. Live, without asking.
Why the phone, not a web task list
Because the caller lives on the phone between calls. A queue in a browser tab is one context switch away, which is one too many at 150 calls a day. Put the queue where the thumb is.
Assigned leads, transfers and call-due filters are all part of the SensyConnect plan; see team features or start the free trial and assign your first batch.
Frequently asked
Can a caller see other callers' assigned leads?
No, unless you grant it. Each phone shows its own queue; the owner sees all.
What marks an assigned lead as done?
Any outgoing call to that lead from the app, plus the status the caller taps. It syncs to the server so the manager sees called, picked and outcome.
What is a call-due date?
An optional date the manager sets per lead ('call on the 15th'). The caller filters Due today or Overdue and auto dials that slice.

Evening reports are written by the people being reported on. Here is what a live team dashboard should show (calls, outcomes, follow-ups, speed to lead, per person and per source) and how it changes the conversation with the team.
