The owner's dashboard: how to see your telecalling team's day without asking anyone
Evening reports are written by the people being reported on. Here is what a live team dashboard should show (calls, outcomes, follow-ups, speed to lead, per person and per source) and how it changes the conversation with the team.

Ask most owners how yesterday went and they will tell you what they were told. The evening report is written by the caller, from memory, in a hurry. Missed calls, ignored leads and quiet days surface a week late, and by then the argument is about the report, not the work.
The report should write itself
If every call is logged from the phone and every outcome is captured in the after-call sheet, the report exists before anyone types it. The dashboard’s job is to show it in a way that answers the owner’s questions in one glance.
What to put on it
Per employee, today and any range:
- Calls made, connected, not reachable; total talk time
- Outcomes by status: interested, call back, not interested, won
- Remarks, readable, newest first
- Follow-ups due today, done on time, overdue
- Leads assigned vs called, and median minutes from assigned to first call
Per source:
- Leads in, called, interested, won; cost per interested lead if you enter the spend
Per lead:
- The timeline: arrived, assigned, called, status changes, remarks, WhatsApp sent, reminders
The three questions it answers
- Who is working, and who is busy? Calls made and connected, side by side. High dials with low connects means a bad list; low dials with high talk time means long calls or long breaks. Both are visible.
- Are leads dying? Assigned-but-not-called and overdue follow-ups, per person. This is where money leaks, and it is the number that changes behaviour fastest.
- Which platform should we pay for next month? Interested and won per source. Renew the ones that earn it.
What it does not need
Charts for the sake of charts. A telecalling owner needs counts, lists and timelines. If the numbers are true and live, a table beats a chart.
The conversation changes
With a live dashboard, the morning meeting stops being “what did you do” and becomes “you have six overdue follow-ups and two fresh leads, start there”. Callers like it more than it sounds: no evening report, and their good days are visible without pleading.
Permissions and privacy
Managers see their teams, the owner sees all, callers see their own numbers. Exports and transfers are permission-gated, so the list cannot walk out. Deleting is gated too, so a bad day cannot erase a year.
The dashboard is included with SensyConnect. See the telecalling CRM page for how the phone feeds it, or start the free trial and watch tomorrow’s calls appear.
Frequently asked
Do callers know they are being tracked?
Yes, and it should be framed as it is: the report writes itself so nobody has to spend the evening on it. Most callers prefer it to the register.
Can I see calls made outside the app?
When SensyConnect is the default dialer, every call on that SIM logs, with the lead name attached where known. Personal numbers can be excluded.
Can a manager see only their team?
Yes. Permissions are per employee; a manager sees their people, the owner sees all.
See it on your own leads

More on team & reports
The assigned-leads queue: how a manager hands out work and a caller works it, without a spreadsheet
Assignment on the web, a queue on the phone, an auto dialer that runs it, and outcomes that report back. How assigned leads work end to end, including transfers, call-due dates and completed-vs-pending views.
Per-employee permissions: how to let telecallers work without letting the lead list walk out
Export, transfer, delete, edit statuses, see other people's leads: each should be a switch per employee. What to lock by default, what to open, and how permission-gated deletes protect a year of history.
