Facebook and Instagram lead ads are the cheapest enquiries most Indian businesses will ever buy, and the most wasted. Meta reports that lead ads leads called within five minutes convert several times better than those called an hour later. Most teams call them the next day.
Here is the setup that gets the call made in five minutes, using tools you already have.
Step 1: Land the leads in a Google Sheet
You have three options, all fine:
- Meta’s own export. In Leads Center, connect a Google Sheet as the destination for a form. New leads append as rows.
- A connector. Zapier, Make, Pabbly or IFTTT: “New lead in Facebook Lead Ads → Add row to Google Sheet”. Five-minute recipe, usually free at small volumes.
- Your agency’s sheet. Most agencies already maintain one. Ask for edit access or a copy that stays live.
Make sure the sheet has a phone column. Name, city, budget, campaign and any custom questions are useful too.
Step 2: Point SensyConnect at the sheet
In the app, open Lead Sources, add a Google Sheet source, paste the sheet’s link, map the columns (phone, name, and whatever else), give the source a name like “Facebook - Wakad campaign”, and choose who is in the rotation.
From now on, new rows import on a schedule and each new lead is assigned round robin to the next person you named.
Step 3: The caller’s phone does the rest
- Phone pings: “New lead assigned”.
- The lead sits at the top of the auto dialer queue.
- The dialer calls it from the caller’s own SIM.
- After the call, two taps: status, remark, follow-up.
- The brochure goes on WhatsApp automatically.
Step 4: Watch it on the dashboard
Every Facebook lead now shows: arrived, assigned to whom, first-call time, outcome. Sort by “assigned to called” and you can see who is fast and which campaign brings buyers.
Tips that matter
- One sheet per campaign or region if you want different rotations.
- Tag the source. Month-end, filter by source to see cost per interested lead.
- Re-assign untouched leads. A rule like “not called in 30 minutes moves to the next person” keeps everyone honest.
- Ask for the phone number in the form as a required field. Obvious, often missed.
What about a direct Facebook integration?
A native “select SensyConnect inside Facebook” integration is on the roadmap. The sheet route works today, costs nothing, and survives every Meta UI change. Start there.

Frequently asked
Do I need Zapier?
Not necessarily. Meta's Leads Center can push to a sheet, and many agencies already run a sheet. Any connector that writes a row works. SensyConnect reads the sheet.
What columns does the sheet need?
At minimum a phone column. Name, email, city, budget and campaign name are mapped as fields; anything else is kept as extra data on the lead.
How often does it check for new leads?
On a short schedule, so a new lead is usually inside SensyConnect within a minute of landing in the sheet.
